Benefits of the
Tunnelform System:

Rapid Shell
completion; 4 to 6 rooms per day.

Concrete demising
walls between each room, excellent STC rating;

Superior structural
strength, recommended for seismic and hurricane or tornado prone
areas.

The concrete finish
on walls and ceilings is of sufficient quality to apply finishes
directly to the concrete, eliminating the need for furring and
drywall at the demising walls.

The concrete slabs
are of high quality, eliminating the need to float an additional
slab on top, as in a plank system.

MEP trades are
integrated into the system. The rough electrical is completed in
walls and decks as the tunnels are poured. The plumber and HVAC
trade will place sleeves on the deck during the tunnel cycle,
eliminating the need for core-drilling.

Following trades can
begin early, usually two floors below the tunnelforms.

Concrete walls are
fire-resistant, and plumbing sleeves are generally fire-proofed to
ensure a safe building.
